STAMFORD, Conn., May 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Lovesac Company (Nasdaq: LOVE) (“Lovesac” or the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock, which include 750,000 shares offered by the Company and 1,750,000 shares offered by certain selling stockholders of the Company, at a public offering price of $36.00 per share. The underwriters have granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for increased sales and marketing expenses, product development, and working capital and other general corporate purposes. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares offered by the selling stockholders but will bear the costs associated with the sale of such shares, other than underwriting discounts and commissions.
Stifel, Canaccord Genuity and Roth Capital Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. D.A. Davidson & Co. and Craig-Hallum Capital Group are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
